The Silver Arse Cat Booby is the cooler-toned sister of our hugely popular Gold Arse Cat Booby, one of the most popular Boobies on Scottish lochs and English reservoirs. The silver straggle butt adds a bright, fry-like flash that stands out in clear water and on bright days, the chartreuse Krystal hackle body gives a hot spot fish can't ignore, and the premium white marabou wing and tail breathe on even the slowest retrieve.
Smooth, evenly cut foam eyes make it a versatile fly that can be fished on anything from a floating line right down to a fast sinker, holding it high in the water or just off the bottom. Fish it on the point and vary the retrieve from slow figure-of-eight to fast strips.
