The Copper Baetis Nymph is a natural, buggy imitation of the olive nymphs found in rivers and stillwaters right through the season. A wound pheasant tail body and pheasant tail fibre tail give a slim, lifelike profile, a hare's ear thorax adds buggy legs and movement, and an orange copper holo tinsel thorax cover gives a subtle flash that draws fish in. A 3mm tungsten head gets it down quickly to where the fish are feeding.
Fish it on a team of nymphs, under a sighter dry on the duo method, or on its own during an olive hatch.
