This pattern is perfect for catching fish which are feeding on small terrestrials, black gnats, tiny midge and even small adult buzzer. The fine pearl butt gives an attractive glint which is effective on any dry fly and the brushed cdc thorax gives that added (all important) float-ability for such a small dry fly.
